Landlord Doesn’t Understand That The Tenant Is The Leasee Not The Slave!
I`ve mentioned in the past about dealing with landlords and tenants many times. It`s our opinion that when a tenant rents a home from a landlord their entitled to live in a home without being harassed providing that they observe the “rules and regulations” of the community, and properly maintain the home.
The landlord in turn leaves the tenant alone, doesn`t spy on the tenant, nor harass the tenant in anyway. After all the FAR “Lease Agreement” clearly specifies what can and can`t be done. We have a situation where the “Landlord” has a habit of calling the police on their tenants, they feel that a tenant pays them rent and than becomes a SLAVE to the landlord!

For the Middle Class, Miami is a “Paradise Lost”
A housing crisis is brewing in Miami, Florida. Cops, teachers, and other members of the middle class can’t afford homes there. According to Sgt. Armando Aguilar, president of Miami’s Fraternal Order of Police, none of the new cops graduating out of the academy can afford to buy a home in Miami-Dade or any nearby counties. In fact, the force is losing officers left and right to other places that pay better and where living is less expensive. Miami police officer salaries start at $37,817 which ranks Miami 36th out of 43 other municipalities reporting annual pay data. But that won’t buy a cop a house here.

Housing For Alternative Lifestyles
What are alternative lifestyles and why would they require alternative housing? To answer the first part it is easiest to give examples. Then the answer to the second part becomes self evident.
One winter we were camping in our conversion van at a hot springs area in Arizona. We met a man who sold stuffed animals on the side of the highway. Having been through a bad divorce, and having little money, he was living in the van at places like these hot springs. Every day he drove off to the nearest highways and set up his stuffed animals for sale. He claimed to have sold $4,000 worth the first month, so his low cost living meant he could

The House
Tasma was, was somewhat surprised to discover the tidiness of the house, it looked comfortable, with older-style furniture, but comfortable nonetheless; as if they had bought it new before Jill was born, and was supposed to last forever. It looked more akin to the l940s style couch and sofa chairs: rounded top with some wood smoothly fitted into the fabric; a long coffee table to put a number of items on should one wish to lounge about, for it was but three feet beyond the couch: a nice setup to use for eating or drinking at night while watching TV she thought. The walls were egg-white, except for the kitchen which was yellow from the
